How training with Adam has improved my performance?

I was selected to play for Great Britain Ladies Roller Hockey team in December 2009. I was so happy about being selected, however I knew that I had just scraped through on the physical fitness side. I have only been training with Adam for 4 weeks, and I am already reaping the benefits. I have had 4 one-on-one personal training sessions and not one has been the same, always working different muscles and parts of my body. I used to find the gym repetitive and boring, and lack the ability to motivate myself. These sessions have brought my interest back into training; I have stepped up my fitness enormously, there has been a big difference in such a short space of time. Not only has it improved my roller hockey (which was my biggest aim) Also my self confidence has increased; I have lost weight over what is the worst time to gain weight, ‘Christmas’.  I’m feeling motivated to continue, training with Adam is much more than a fad; it’s a change of lifestyle and makes training hard ... extremely enjoyable, especially when you see the results in such a short period of time.

“At first I may have been slightly sceptical about the benefits of using a Vibrogym machine instead of doing a normal cardiovascular and toning regime, which I enjoy doing at a local health club three times a week. But now after experiencing regular weekly Vibrogym sessions to compliment my normal gym routine, I have found that the Vibrogym has been a positive experience. I am now able to tone up in areas of my body, which I previously found difficult to target, despite hours in the gym. I have less muscle fatigue post Vibrogym session compared to a normal gym workout and even though I have put in the same amount of effort my recovery period is quicker and the Vibrogym session itself is less time consuming but fun to do. I find that I don't have to motivate myself to go for a Vibrogym session as there are lots of targets to aim for which are individual to my needs and quick results to be seen by myself, family and friends.”

Adam has not endorsed any diet fads but has made me realise that you are what you eat and has encouraged me to take small manageable steps to adopt a healthy balanced diet for life. Boxercise Sessions with Trainer Adam Jones.

 “When the opportunity arose to experience the 30 minute Boxercise sessions with Adam, I was interested but apprehensive about what the sessions contained and if I would be able to physically cope with the demanding nature of the exercise. I was pleasantly surprised, as the following sessions were tailored to my individual fitness levels and my previous limited boxing experience. The sessions consist of a series of boxing moves, toning and cardiovascular workouts which are all taught under close supervision. As a new mother I have time constraints, but I have found the Boxercise sessions to be ideal for a challenging total body and mind workout with positive noticeable results.”
