What is Boxercise? |
|
Boxercise is an aerobic exercise based on
the training methods boxers use to keep fit.
It can take a variety of formats but a
typical class or session can involve
shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads,
press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups.
Boxercise is unisex, for all ages and
fitness levels. Classes and individual
sessions do not involve hitting an opponent,
they are a fun, challenging but safe
workout. |
|
Boxercise is for everyone:
Whatever your size, age, shape or sex.
Remember, everyone will have started from
beginner, so you can work your way up to a
good fitness level |
|
Releases your aggression:
Boxercise is a great way to make you feel
calm and channel all your aggression in a
controlled environment. It enhances your
confidence and makes you feel in control of
your mind & body |
|
Increase your discipline:
If everyone took up Boxercise, we would live
in a fitter, better world, mentally and
emotionally. |
|
