Adam Jones - Vibrogym Trainer Our Vibrogym trainer Adam Jones heralds from St. Asaph, Denbighshire. Throughout his life he has been involved in the sporting sector. From team to individual sports Adam has competed at a high level and looks to continually improve and better himself in all areas. Adam is currently Health Club Manager / Lifestyle Consultant at the Oriel Country Hotel & Spa and after being released from Burnley football club he is now at local club Denbigh Town. Adam completed his fitness studies in Preston College, gaining honours in gym instructing & training. Recently he has gained honours as a Vibrogym instructor and is looking forward to a bright future in the fitness industry. |

Rhys Evans - Vibrogym Trainer Our other Vibrogym trainer Rhys Evans was born in St Asaph. Even from an early age Rhys always wanted to be involved in sport and fitness and saw his opportunity to make a career in the fitness industry at The Oriel Country Hotel Health & Leisure Club. Rhys is currently a fitness instructor there after gaining his qualifications from Deeside College. Despite being at a young age, Rhys continues to work hard in order to reach his goal and become a established Personal Trainer. Rhys gained his Vibrogym qualifications in 2007 and is looking forward to making his mark in the fitness industry in years to come.
